content is king I agree! creating unique content and being different from others is the best - though getting it out and trying to grab the attention users is a little hard...sigh I am almost there as I write every day!

I am suprised that you had your bad experience at American Furniture. It is good to hear that with some pressure American Furniture corrected your negative situation.
I have purchased furniture at American for many years and have no complaints. We recently purchased a living room "pit group" that needed a repair. American Furniture picked up the section, repaired it, and delivered it back at no cost.
Consider updating your posting on your experience with the rest of the story on the opening page of the link. We are not all web experts and I sure many surfers will get the wrong impression from your posting.
I was looking up the phone number to this business and was sidtracked by your posting.

Content is king, but traffic is the uber-king! Most people struggle with traffic, and I think you'll agree they go hand in hand, so good, original content should ensure you get visitors, but enough?

I think it is great that you are answering peoples questions and in such an easy to understand medium.
You are right that content is king but without all the administrators a king needs to be successful he is an unknown king. Descent content and the means of getting people to read it are the two main keys. Work on getting your name out there as much as you work on content.
