I wish I worked for you Joel! I would be doing exactly what that guy is doing.

This video shows a typical 9 to 5 office situation, a man doing his JOB, more or less enthusiastic.
Now this is exactly, what all internet marketers dream to get rid off: Working from home for yourself, and not for a boss.
But obviously we all depend on people doing their 9 to 5 jobs, or we could not reach our goals of personal and financial freedom.
Somehow paradox, that all the top marketers advertise: "buy my product so you can fire your boss", but depend on 9 to 5 slaves.
They have all information and sources right in front of their nose, how come, they work on making millions of $$ for their boss instead to do that for themself?

I enjoy my job and if I didn't I wouldn't be here, I am most certainly not a slave although I think the melodramatic tone in that comment is pretty humorous.
I consider myself fortunate to have been able to work on all of the great projects we have taken on here over the last 2 years and I assure you I have plenty of room to advance my career from a personal standpoint.
I work 9-5 because it's what I do and to be frank it's what I would be doing, in some capacity or the other, if I were sitting at home. I'm not retiring to my 4 hour work week at 29 years old even if I make 8 billion dollars tomorrow.
Been a great two years and the next two look pretty exciting.

Props to you Joel (Ownby) ... I can't believe Dan called referred to "9-5 slave" ... that's just plain wrong.
Anyhow, it's all about loving what you do, and it sounds like you do. Keep up the good work, we all need awesome programmers!
