How Many People Work for Me?
One viewer writes...
How many people work for you, including those you outsource to?"
Another great question, but I think you'll get more than you bargained for out of the answer.
Watch for a special cameo appearance from my Video Producer, Chris Harper!

Hi Joel,
Couldn't agree with you more. I too started out doing it all and quickly realized that things went smoother with help. Not to mention it freed up my time to work on other projects.
To answer your question I have 4 individuals working for me, plus about 8 writers.

Hi Joel,
Thanks for sharing this critical information. As an entrepreneur who has grown weary of wearing all those hats, I'm finally outsourcing, and it is worth every penny. Best of all, it frees me to create more money-making ideas.
Thanks again.

I know this is frivolous and lacking depth, but you look younger and cuter without the 'facial hair'!
I really appreciate the content, too.

kewl, info. you are right when you say you can't do it all yourself. Iam stuck doing it myself, until iam making enough money to outsource it.

Hi Joel,

Unfortunately, I have spent a couple of years trying hard to do it all by myself because I had the time and not the money.
Every time I ran into something I could not do it just stalled my plans and goals to the point I had to go back to work.
Now I have a job and no time. You can bet there will be others doing the grunt work to get my sites and ideas out there.

Joel,
Outsourcing is one of the most important things new business owners and vet business owners need to use now.
I could not agree with you more how important this is, and I am releasing a new course in a little while, which, people can use to help them outsource.
I even have a webinar where Joel breaks down his whole outsourcing system down for people to see, in much greater detail.
To find out more about Outsource Secrets Revealed, get on the pre-launch now.

Hi Joel,
Great advice. I've been at both extremes, first as a highly effective corporate planner, visionary, researcher, tactical expert directing teams of people from each discipline. Went from being a major factor in a billion dollar institution's trebling (3x) in size and quintupling (5x) share price in just four years... to solo internet marketer, trying to learn and produce in every area of the business, busier than the proverbial one-armed bandit.
Yes, I've learned a lot. No, I have not made buckets of money yet. After all, I'm not an octopus even if I am a woman skilled in multi-tasking. No, I have not slept. Honestly, it would be better for someone to be a salary slave.
Solution? - You named it! Partnering, outsourcing, JVs, other ways with other people. I've started that, will do more, and THEN will be both effective for customers and have a LIFE! It's the only way to achieve the dream.
Thanks for pointing this out for everyone. Coming from a highly visible and likable guy of great achievement... well, maybe they will listen, survive and thrive!

Outsourcing is what saved my business from doom. I think I outsource more stuff now on elance than I actually do myself. That gives me the time to enjoy life.
