Since I do not know a lot of HTML I won't use it here.

A while back you Joel offered a way to earn money on Kontera,
Well I'd like you to know that even though I have their code on my web site, I have NEVER seen one red cent in earnings.

That being said, I have paid for mentoring, only to get further into debt with their charges and little ROI. Therefore any assistance to addressing sales copy, mentoring with ROI, I'd even appreciate someone taking a look at my site and addressing it's needs and requirements to make a few sales, to at least pay for the hosting.

I have noticed your increased use of video in your marketing and communication. That is great. However, I happen to live in Thailand and can't view your videos, maybe due to YouTube ban. What can I do to be able to view your videos? What can you offer to those of us who live here? Thanks.

Joel,

Like you, I want to make more use of video. I've several site concepts in mind using video monetized by contextual ads, but I'm concerned about keeping copyright-infringing material off my sites (either visitor-submitted videos that may incorporate copyrighted materials or even discovering that a video I uploaded myself that was presented to me as "public domain" is really not).

I recall that, at one time at least, a major contextual-ad vendor did not allow their ads to be shown on pages that served video just because they didn't want to risk being associated with possible infringement claims. Hence, one could have their account disabled over it back then. But then again, that was a couple years ago and I suppose by now there are some straight-forward guidelines you could share with us as to how to make the most of videos while ensuring we adhere to the various TOS out there.
